Cinemagraphs have to be some of the coolest gif out there. Take a picture of anything and edit it so that there is one thing within the picture that is moving or take a video and edit it so that there is only one thing moving in the scene. Cinemagraphs are known for their subtle motion so make it as the movement as subtle as possible.
