For my last assignment this week, I chose this one for 2.5 stars. The challenge here is to recite a poem or other serious text and replace the various different punctuation with different sounds. I chose the following poem, The Tyger by William Blake to recite. In the spirit of the Victor Borge Phonetic Punctuation, assemble a collection of sounds (real objects, your voice) that you can use to replace punctuation marks. Record an audio (or video) of yourself reading something serious- an academic paper, a dry English poem, and use the method to bring those commas, dashes, and semi-colons to life.
