The assignment I made was to create a banner which displays your favorite superhero. I choose spiderman: To get the grunge background, I downloaded some grunge photoshop brushes from deviantart.com and applied it to a blank black canvas. I then used the dodge tool to add some shine in the background. I got the spiderman image from online, which I cropped and placed upside down to give it the effect of him hanging.
