Whenever I am having a bad day, this is the first clip I turn to. Napoleon Dynamite was a movie about two high school outcast who preserved throughout high school their friendship and loyalty. Even though at times the popular kids were mean and insensitive, Pedro and Napoleon made it the happily ever after.

One of the reasons why I really enjoy this clip is because of its choreography, or lack thereof. This scene wasn’t rehearsed at all, according to the director. Napoleon gradually let the music take over him. Instead of going all out in the beginning.

This clip always turns my frowns into smiles. It reminds me that in live we might go through thousands of obstacles, but if we learn to let go and enjoy, life would be so much easier.

Week 4 Summary Found!

Well I found this hiding in my drafts. To be honest I never double check if it was published because I was in such a hurry. I went to post one of my assignments tonight and found that this was a draft that was never published. I dunno what happened, probably something to do with my scattered brain. Since I didn’t do it when I originally posted, the files are also now on youtube. I don’t know how much credit I’ll get for last week but here’s the original post. As before the original is in black and new in blue.

Wow did I get my butt handed to me. Editing video took me much longer than I expected. That and uploading seemed to be a bit of a pain in rear. WordPress is really giving me trouble. The “auto imbed” feature of Jet pack doesn’t like me. (6/19 this was fixed) Of course with me being up in Ohio, it was rather difficult to get most of this done in a decent manner. Well here it is folks hope you enjoy.

Mortar to the sound of Sabre’s

This assignment was the “Inanimate Motion” Assignment. I decided to have fun with my new mortar and pestle. This reminded me of making a gif, but having the ability to give it audio.

This one is self explanatory. I love this movie. It has some of the best one-liners.

Simple DSLR tutorial…I mean really simple.

Ok most parents have a learning curve with technology, especially things with lots of buttons and functions. My DSLR is one of them. Yes, they aren’t that complex….but if you’re used to a kodak disposable…well that’s a different story. Though in my mother’s defence she is not the only one who has mashed the mode knob and was confused why it wouldn’t take the picture.

What skills you got?

Ok i decided taking a video of me taking pictures would be boring. So I decided to show off some of my gear and my finished works. I know similar pictures may be on the web, but I assure you, every picture in this video I personally pushed the shutter button.

Airplane! and its sequel are two of the funniest movies of all time in my opinion. I don’t need super dirty scenes and vulgar language to make me laugh. The simplest way to make me laugh is to just play with words. Throughout Airplane! and it’s sequel is the best sort of word play I have ever heard. Furthermore, I am constantly referring to the movies and quoting them around people. My family got me started on Airplane! at an early age, and to this day I am spoiled and turn my nose up at most comedies. Not too many movies, especially recently, have even come close. Here is a clip from Airplane! The Sequel that I captioned for the “What Makes You Laugh” assignment. I hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

What Makes Me Laugh?? Kevin Hart… He is the funniest guy on earth.

For the What Makes Me Laugh assignment, we had to pick a video that always makes you laugh. I chose Kevin Hart Laugh At My Pain… it was a funny show and even funnier movie.

I chose Kevin Hart Laugh At My Pain, because his stories and his family had me in tears. The stuff he went through was crazy, but it was funny at the same time. I watch Kevin Hart when I’m bored, waiting for class to start, and when I really need a good laugh. Kevin Hart always manage to have me in tears and my stomach hurting from laughing so hard.

The Process was pretty easy… I linked the YouTube video to my blog by using the YouTube Plugin.

When I feel like laughing, I often watch comedy movie like a Hangover. The movie is really funny, and it always makes me laugh. Put the video which makes you laugh. Explain why you choose the video and what kind of situation you will watch it.

Not another teen movie has to be one of the funniest movies of all times. This was one of my favorite parts of the movie. One of the main character Chris Evans (Jake Wyler) is trying to win over Janey Briggs (Chyler Leigh) by singing a song that has her name and the only song he could come up with was Janie’s got a gun by Aerosmith. Then the cops proceed to her and electrocute her with the shot gun. priceless :’) crying because its too funny. Assignment value two stars**

There is very few movies that can actually make me laugh are much less put a smile on my face. But everytime I watch this scene from scary movie 2 it always makes me laugh no matter what. I have always been a fan of the wayne brothers and this is the most silliest, pointless screne but its so silly because its actullay picking fun at the old basketball commercials they use to broadcast on television enjoy.
