Someday I’ll get tired of doing these

I decided to mash up design2247, design2075, and mashup2151. Since I did mashup 2151 as places I would visit, I thought adding that to this would be funny. And the quote from design2075 is just as ridiculous here as it is in the original picture. I just also really love design2247. I think I’m funny, even if no one else does.

If I could fly…

I would travel. I’d go everywhere I’ve ever wanted to go. I made several of this because I was so pleased with the idea. I would also be able to reach things on high shelves, and I would fly somewhere warm during the winter.

My love is mostly candy based, apparently

My favorite holiday by far is Halloween. Candy, dress-up, horror. It’s the best. The rest I like pretty much the same amount, although Easter pulls ahead also because of candy. I love Peeps. Way too much. And now they make them for every holiday, but the original Peeps were Easter only. I also love jellybeans. And dying Easter eggs. Christmas has presents, but also delicious food: Christmas cookies, fudge, splurging for dinner at expensive restaurants, and even more Christmas cookies.

Peace Ouuuttt!!!

So this assignment was pretty fun as I was able to kind of create something that would go through my mind every single time I was stuck in Northern VA/ DC traffic while commuting.  I would ALWAYS fantasize about being able to just fly my car above all the stalled, SITTING traffic to be able avoid the horrific 2-3 hour commute -well, here I am!  For this assignment, I mashed two photos to show the superhero power I’d use during my everyday life.

My Brother is an Emoji!

I thought the Mashing Friends and Emojis Assignment (4 stars) would be a fun final assignment for this section! I looked through my camera roll to find a good picture to mashup with an emoji, and I found this picture of my brother! I thought he looked like the “cool” sunglasses emoji that my dad has started using instead of the word cool… It was actually a picture of my brother and his girlfriend, so I cropped his head to get what I needed…. I then went to Google images to find this picture of the sunglasses emoji. I then went to Canva, and I brought both images into the same document. I then took a screenshot, and here it is! This was a fun and easy assignment!

Tutorial

For this assignment/tutorial, I did it on the mashup, I’m ready for my close up for 4 and a half stars.

The first thing you have to do is to try and find a close up face, and after that you have to save it to the computer. Go onto photoshop and open that picture, make it a layer by double clicking the “background” picture on the right side bar. Next when you found your face, you need to find your background that’s opposite of what the face is saying or something that makes it funny. Once you find the background, you open that separately onto photoshop and do the same thing by making it a layer.

Use the eraser tool to erase the background of the person’s close up face and then drag the whole tab that has the person in it and make it a window of itself. Once its its own window, drag and drop the face onto the background you chose for it. Make it as big or as little as you would like it to be by selecting the face layer, going under the edit tab, and hitting the free transform button. After that you save the changes and save it onto the desktop.

YO THIS WAS AWESOME

I had a lot of fun with this one! It took me a while to figure out what video I wanted to use with the song. For the video, I used Get Some by Ghosted, and the song is Good Day by Yellow Claw. Both are great by themselves and now even better together!

For this assignment, I created a mash up using IMovie and downloading the song Good Day I used mp3juices.cc, and for the video, I downloaded it by qdownloader.net. I then uploaded the video to youtube.

Meet Tiffany as an Emoji

For this assignment, we had to take a picture of someone and match it to an emoji.

This is a picture of myself that I took using a Snapchat filter. It made me smile really big and so I thought I looked like a smiling emoji.

To create this assignment, I first took a picture of myself. I then opened the picture on Line Camera and added the emoji by my picture. From there, I uploaded it to my computer and added it to this post.

Home Alone? Roller Coaster?

The next assignment I picked was 4 1/2 stars. This one was also pretty easy and fun.

The assignment was to take a dramatic close-up of an actor in a movie and mash it up to tell a story.

I used (of course) the well known Home Alone surprised picture. I then pair it with a roller coaster with the steepest hill out there. To make the boy from  Home Alone look terrified.

Check it out!

I hope you like it!

Animoji Karaoke

Have an iPhone? Create yourself using Apple’s Animoji and sing or lip sing to your favorite song! Save the video and upload it to your blog. Make sure to include 1) Why do you think your character looks like you? 2) Why did you chose this song? This mashup includes elements from video, audio, and written work.
