“5 Second Film” 3 Star Video Assignment “Smoking Causes Lung Cancer So Stop Smoking!!”

For this assignment I just had to create a 5 second film of anything, so i chose to make my film about lung cancer caused my smoking. The process was easy, all i had to do was find a video on YouTube, go to keep vid .com to download it, then go to we-video.com and import the file, then i trimmed it into a 5 second film, and uploaded it to my YouTube account.

Jurassic Park in a 5 Second Nutshell

Since last week became so rushed, I decided to try to wipe out as much of these assignments as I can, as early as I can. Without sacrificing quality that is. With that in mind, day 2 = assignment 2, 5 Second Film.

I was trying to think of a movie or a series of movies that start off with one mood that is completely different from the rest. After a couple minutes, I remembered Jurassic park. in this movie, everything is great in the beginning. Everyone is excited. Everyone is happy and thinking “YAY! DINOSAURS!” However, it turns from happy to horrible very quickly.

Making this movie was pretty simple. All i just to do was a small amount of planning, some clip downloading and use the “Split” feature in Windows Movie Maker to cut out unwanted segments. Past together and BAM! Assignment is done.

5 second video

A 5 Second film

So.. Here is a funny story!

I was editing a video for one of our assignments and I fell upon this, kinda by accedent. I made a cut in the video, and was tring to save a 5 second clip of me in my brothers jeep! well I acedentally moved it over the section of film next to that clip! The result was this! I was amazed!!!  I was using AVS video editor!

In the clip it shows film of my brothers jeep and the road that we were driving on! The film overlaping it is of me half out the jeep! Andy’s jeep has no doors! It is a little un nerving and you absolutly have to wear a seat belt!

5 Second Film

Make a supershort, 5-second film; basically enough time for one gag, bit, or joke. See examples (ALERT: Not G-rated, generally) at http://5secondfilms.com/. Or alternatively, try your hand at creating a 5 second version of a major movie.
