I know some of us (myself included) are a bit particular about the looks/cleanliness of our technology. But if that didn’t matter, and you had all of the resources at your fingertips, without any fear of it hurting your technology, what would you make as your laptop cover? Make your own collage or create your unique laptop skin on My Custom Skin, and then share your work flickr. When you blog about it, explain why you chose each image! Use it as a way to share a little about yourself with your classmates.

Try not to use the character themselves in the picture, make it so others can guess what the catchphrase being illustrated is.

Make a mock cereal cover with a mascot- it can be anyone or anything. Go crazy in any editor such as GIMP, Pixlr, or Photoshop with the type of cereal you are advertising and the overall theme and effects of your cereal box cover.

Turn ideas into pictures! Visualize a blog post, TED Talk, Class lecture or even dense text from a book- through drawing. Use the pictures to symbolically represent & concretize abstract concepts, and to make connections between ideas. Try to use words sparingly and only to reinforce your imagery. Doodle it in your notebook, use your tablet, or scribble it on the back of a napkin. Just be sure to digitize it and then blog about the process, including citing where your inspiration came from.
