First of all, see this following link (assignment introduced by mome). http://ds106.us/2011/10/16/1-quote-a-day/ Quotes could be nice only by its own, but it might go further when it went beyond written words. Read your quote for a day out loud, and record it! Do not forget to give an appropriate feeling to it. Tone of voice could be a helpful hint for answerers to guess where your quote came from. Mimicking the original tone could be nice enough, but you also can add your own feelings to it as well. :)

Now that we have a #ds106 radio up and running creating a 15 to 30 second bumper for the station. What is a bumper? It is a short recording that identifies the radio station with signature music or an expression that makes sure the listeners know what they are tuned into (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bumper_(broadcasting)). So for ds106 it should certainly include "DS106 Radio" and some sort of message about the station with voice over music.
