I made a slide show of what life would be like as a dog. I think this the thought process of a dog and things I would want to do as a dog.

This is a Video Assignment that is worth 4 and a half stars. This assignment involves making a video of yourself whether that be video clips or images of yourself and things that make up you as a person. In a sense to give your classmates a glimpse of who you are behind the screen since you don’t see each other in real life. I decided to go through all of my photos first and found some of my favorite and then put them all in iMovie. I then picked a modern theme to have the transitions be nice and clean cut in between photos. I decided to put a song in the background because I thought that it would seem just like a slideshow without the sound. I chose to use ABBA because if you haven’t realized I am in love with them and I think it just shows another part of me. After I did that I realized I felt like I was missing something so I used voice over again and talked about myself and my hobbies. I thought by talking about myself people wouldn’t have to guess what kind of a person I was and that the video would tell all that they need to know about me.

This is a Video Assignment that is worth 5 stars. This video is to choose someone that is special to you and put clips or videos together to show what makes them so special to you. I decided my parents for this assignment. I went through all of the photos that I could of my dad and mom and ones that really represented them in the way that shows how much I love them. I then used iMovie to create the video by using the photo album effects and to make it really seem that the viewer was going through my family photos and to see how much they mean to me. I then added a simple sound in the background while I did voice over talking about them and how they have made me the person that I am today. If there was anything that I could have done to improve this assignment it would be to make it longer and try to find funny video clips of them to make it more memorable. I showed this to them and my dad made me put it on his Facebook and I think that was the most rewarding thing for me out of this week.

I signed the word I think I have said the most in the past couple of days.

This is a video assignment and its worth 4 stars. For this assignment we had to create a word that was a least four letters using only sign language. I had decided on more than one word and once you figure it I hope you can comment your idea of what you think it might be. This also connects with a certain task that we had to do this week and that is the only hint I will give you. It took me a few tries to record because it is actually nerve wracking putting it together and getting your hands the way you want to in the camera so that was a little but of a challenge but I did it! I hope you figure it out. Good Luck!

This assignment was titles “What do you Love?”. Do I decided to make a video of my new puppy, Parker. I adopted Parker a couple days ago and I have fallen in love with him since. I decided to record a video of him sleeping because that is literally all he does since he is so young. His constant sleeping is one of the many things I love about him because he is always having some crazy dreams it seems like and his sleeping  makes him such a good boy because we can bring him everywhere.

This assignment was the Chipmunk Style. As the title may imply, I had to take a video clip and edit it by speeding it up or raising the pitch to make a scene found like chipmunks. For this, I used Windows Movie Maker’s editing tool to speed up the audio to 2x speed.

I picked this video because it’s a very emotionally charged moment from one of my favorite video games series: Metal Gear Solid. I titled this post the way I did because it feels like I’m trampling on something feelsy, haha.

Regardless, I like the way this turned out!

One of my weekly assignments was the Slow Motion/Instant Replay! For this, I found  a video on YouTube titled “Scarlet Takes A Tumble” and inserted it into Windows Movie Maker. From there, I trimmed most of the clip (approximately the first 1:00 of it) and pasted a copy of the fall after the first. With the second one, I used the WMM speed tool to make the second fall happen at 0.5x speed.

I had a decent amount of fun doing this assignment because it was a little challenging (moreso with finding ways to save the video more than the editing bit).

I saw this assignment and instantly knew that I wanted to do something with it because there’s a lot of advice that I could give a younger me. However, I decided to reign it in and focus more on keeping my head in the game regarding schoolwork in college.

For this assignment, I recorded video of myself, which then corrupted, but thankfully had audio recorded in case. I wanted to have it be something relevant to myself then and the best I could think of is that I didn’t take anything very seriously back then. Even though I thought high school was stressful, I realize now that it isn’t by comparison and that it’s only going to become moreso, but that doesn’t mean it’s a bad thing.

I used Windows Movie Maker to get everything put together. I recorded the audio using Windows 10 default program and added the audio after making  a replacement video.
